The final results will be presented to the jury panel, who will then cast their votes. These votes are crucial for determining the final scores and resolving any potential tiebreakers.
Please limit your votes to one person per category to ensure fairness.
We utilized a scoring system designed to identify individuals who demonstrate active contribution and industry influence within the experimentation community.
Candidates are evaluated across two key pillars: historical industry impact and content authority & reach.
Historical Industry Impact
We weigh nominations based on historical industry impact, prioritizing candidates with a proven track record of excellence. To reflect this, individuals previously recognized in our 'Who’s Who' list or other similar industry lists rankings received additional points.
Content Authority & Reach
To ensure our winners are active drivers of the experimentation discourse, we prioritize current engagement metrics. Points are awarded for consistent LinkedIn activity and a significant follower base, alongside a track record of public speaking.
We also place a high value on 'Content Longevity,' rewarding those who maintain their own educational platforms and communities (newsletters, podcasts, Slack groups) and those whose expertise is sought out by peers for guest appearances.
The Experimentation Thought Leadership Awards (ETLA) recognizes helpful and engaged voices that contribute to our collective knowledge of experimentation.
