July 20, 2010: New Kameleoon version…
…for a productive and creative summer. Summer is here and many are taking a deserved break, but if you are not, you can enjoy the new release of Kameleoon.
This new release sports an interactive tutorial to help you through your first Kameleoon session. It’s a good way to discover Kameleoon and a useful help for your users who won’t feel alone facing a new tool.
The color selector has been enhanced with a color palette manager, which allows you to load predefined palettes from our large library. You will soon be able to create and save your own color palettes. Making your designs is now even easier because you don’t have to select the same color over and over. We also have an image library; you can select from it to greatly enhance your designs.
Last great feature of this release but not the least by far: the Design Manager now has a New Clean Design feature. This creates automatically a new, bare, design for your web site. All elements of decoration are stripped, which allows you to really start a design from scratch without having to manually erase the existing decorations from your web site.
With all these great new features, we wish you plenty of creativity for this summer !
June 9, 2010: Our pricing is at last available!
Over the past months we thought about our pricing regularly. We never questioned our base principle of providing Kameleoon freely for non-commercial sites and for a fee for a corporate or merchant site. However, discussions with our partners prompted us to make small adjustments to our initial plans. Finally we obtained the following pricing plans. This clarifies the cost issue in order to remove any doubts about the accessibility of Kameleoon. We are convinced of the benefits Kameleoon brings to solutions developed by both dynamic SMEs and large enterprises.
Kameleoon was further enhanced with increased support not only with various aids and manuals, but also with an integration guides section that will help people to setup Kameleoon step by step. This section is opened with Jimdo, a remarkable turnkey solution. Other updates will follow soon, as we’re always aiming to simplify your use of Kameleoon and web design
