About me

Dylan is an Experimentation Leader at Atlassian, which received the organization-wide award for accelerating experimentation at the Experimentation Culture Awards in 2025. Previous to this, he spent 15 years in senior experimentation and analytics roles at Intuit. Dylan holds a Master’s in Applied (Industrial/Organizational) Psychology from San Diego State University. He is also the co-author of the paper, Three Key Checklists and Remedies for Trustworthy Analysis of Online Controlled Experiments at Scale.
