Nils founded 3tech, an ecommerce experimentation agency, in 2017. He writes the weekly newsletter, Experimentation Tuesday, which has 600+ subscribers. He also produced a free 1-hour 20-minute course on how to build an experimentation & CRO program for eCommerce businesses. In 2023, he co-founded Conversion Stash, a resource directory for CRO and experimentation practitioners with 1000+ LinkedIn company followers and 350+ Substack subscribers. Conversion Stash received an honorable mention for the community award at the Experimentation Culture Awards 2025.
