About me

Daphne started her career in 2015 at RockBoost, the first growth hacking agency in the Netherlands. Now she is a Growth Advisor and Consultant at Growth Waves, which works with Eco-friendly and Wellness D2C Startups. She is the Co-founder of the Women in Experimentation Community with over 1,400 members and runs the annual WIE Summit, which, in 2024, had 800+ people attend. She is a feature writer for GrowthHackers.com and BetterMarketing. Daphne is the course instructor for Growth Strategy on CXL and has given talks for brands like TikTok and ING.
