About me

Niklas is the Onsite Experimentation Manager at Douglas. In 2023, he co-founded Conversion Stash, a resource directory for CRO and experimentation practitioners with 1000+ LinkedIn company followers and 400+ Substack subscribers. Conversion Stash received an honorable mention for the community award at the Experimentation Culture Awards 2025. Niklas’s academic career focused on computer science, entrepreneurship, and innovation, including an internship at eBay. He also gained a Master's in Technical Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences, where he wrote a thesis about conversion optimization of blended learning products (awarded best in class). He also won Germany's best CRO newcomer - 2021 from konversionsKRAFT.
