About me

Steph is a digital experimentation specialist with experience spanning since 2018. She holds dual certifications from CXL in Experimentation and Digital Psychology. Steph was instrumental in establishing and scaling the UK experimentation program at Specsavers, where she grew the initiative from inception to more than 45 experiments annually. Motivated by a lack of publicly available resources outside of formal training programs like CXL, she began actively sharing her knowledge on LinkedIn and mentoring others entering the field. Since joining Conversion in 2022, Steph has led multiple client accounts and contributed to the development and analysis of over 350 experiments. Her professional interests center on experimentation strategy, and she regularly engages with the community to exchange perspectives and insights.
