About me

Lucia is the Founder and Experimentation Lead Consultant at Increase-Conversion-Rate.com, which was nominated for Agency Team of the Year at Experimentation Elite 2024. She is the co-founder of the Women in Experimentation community with over 1,400 members and runs the annual WIE Summit, which, in 2024, had 800+ people attend. She produced the advanced experimentation masterclass for CXL and has won an Experimentation Elite Community Award, Kameleoons’ Optimization Thought Leadership award, and the Experimentation Culture Award.
