Kameleoon Beta Features Terms of Service

Kameleoon Beta Features Terms of Service ("these Terms”) are made between you and Kameleoon to give you access to the Kameleoon Beta Features. Please review these Terms carefully. 

To be eligible to enable and use the Kameleoon Beta Features, you must signify your agreement to these Terms by selecting the Beta checkbox in the Kameleoon App (app.kameleoon.com), or via any other mechanism that we provide from time to time. By accepting these Terms and using the Kameleoon Beta Features, you represent and warrant that:

(a) you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms;

(b) you have the authority to bind the entity on behalf of which you accept these Terms (such as your employer); 

(c) you have a valid Kameleoon Subscription Services Agreement in place and;

(d) you understand and agree that the Kameleoon Beta Features are not Kameleoon Services subject to the Subscription Services Agreement. 

If you do not have such authority referred to in (b) above, or if you do not agree to these Terms, you should not click the checkbox or otherwise signify your agreement to these Terms and you should not enable and use the Kameleoon Beta Features.

You are not required to use any Kameleoon Beta Features, but if you choose to do so your use of any Kameleoon Beta Features is subject to these Terms.

1. Definitions

“You”, “your” or “Customer” refers to the person indicating their acceptance of these Terms or, if the person is accepting these Terms on behalf of a legal entity, such legal entity. 

“Kameleoon” refers to the Kameleoon entity with which you have an agreement (either the Terms of Service or such other underlying agreement that you have in effect with Kameleoon for the use of the Kameleoon Services, both of which are collectively referred to herein as a “Subscription Services Agreement”) for the Kameleoon Services as defined below.  

“Kameleoon Beta Features” refers to one or more of software applications, application programming interfaces, services, apps, user interface extensions, features or functionalities not yet generally available in connection with Kameleoon Services including such features which are identified with “alpha”, “beta”, “early access”, “preview”, or with any similar indication.  

“Kameleoon Services” refers to the Kameleoon platform as a service offering, including related programs, functions and services provided by Kameleoon to its customers (including, as applicable, Kameleoon APIs, documentation and technical support made available to you by Kameleoon in connection with such services) and any subsequent updates or upgrades of the foregoing.

2.  Purpose And Scope Of These Terms

Kameleoon invites you to test and provide feedback relating to Kameleoon Beta Features. Kameleoon makes available Kameleoon Beta Features at its sole and absolute discretion and may withdraw Kameleoon Beta Features at any time and for any or no reason. Kameleoon may also change or deprecate Kameleoon Beta Features at any time with or without notice. 

Subject to agreement between you and Kameleoon, Kameleoon may charge for use of Kameleoon Beta Features.

3. No Guarantees

Kameleoon Beta features are experimental functionalities made available by Kameleoon for testing purposes. They are provided to gather feedback and improve the product experience. Use of these features is at your sole discretion and risk. Kameleoon Beta features are provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties, including performance, reliability, or suitability for a specific purpose.

4. Limited Support

No SLA or standard support applies to Beta features. Issues may not be resolved immediately or at all.

5. Changes and Termination

Beta features may be modified, discontinued, or removed at any time without prior notice. Kameleoon is under no obligation to maintain these features.

6. Feedback

By using Beta features, you agree that any feedback or suggestions provided may be used by Kameleoon to improve its offerings without additional compensation or acknowledgment.

7. Liability

Kameleoon disclaims liability for any damages resulting from the use of Beta features, as permitted by applicable law.

For more information, please refer to your contract agreement with Kameleoon.
