Lukas is the Director of Experimentation at Vistaprint. Previous to this, he was responsible for A/B testing at Booking.com, where he grew the in-house team from four to thirty people and became the company's first Director of Experimentation. Lukas has co-authored academic papers on the topic of online experimentation and has presented at conferences including Growth Marketing Summit, CXL Live, and Google Catalyst Conference. His impact in the field of business experimentation was noted in the 2020 Harvard Business Review story “Building a Culture of Experimentation.”
