Spotlight: Rayah Ladak, Customer Success Manager at Kameleoon

Kameleoon is built, supported, and maintained by a diverse and passionate team of developers, technical account managers, and client support specialists. Rayah Ladak is a Customer Success Manager who plays an important role in supporting Kameleoon’s customers in North America.
From mathematics to multi-variates
Rayah came to Kameleoon from a business and mathematics background, having previously worked in consulting. She’s always loved building long-term relationships with clients and delivering measurable, lasting value. As a consultant, she worked with multiple clients simultaneously across different industries and locales.
All of these traits make her an exceptional Customer Success Manager at Kameleoon. After leaving the world of consulting to travel across Southeast Asia, she returned to Canada (greatly wishing teleportation was possible) and met the Kameleoon team, and started working with clients soon after.

What does a Customer Success Manager do?
A day in Rayah’s life looks pretty good. Of course, no two days are the same, but every day Rayah acts as a strategic advisor in some way to Kameleoon’s customers. One day she’s running client meetings, the next she’ll run product trainings, and the third might be all about troubleshooting. The end goal is always the same: help customers grow their experimentation programs. But the variety is what keeps Rayah excited about what she does.

After the workday ends, you might find Rayah practicing yoga, sewing, or painting. Staying active is a big part of her routine, but as a natural extrovert, she’s often around friends and family too.
Looking ahead
As for the future, Rayah is excited to grow with her role and become increasingly effective as a strategic advisor for her clients.
She sees Kameleoon as having “already broken down the traditional barriers between ideation, experimentation, and analysis, with the next chapter focused on making deployment just as seamless and accessible.” As a Customer Success Manager, she plays a key role in the long-term success of that journey. As a strategic academic and great communicator, she is also well-poised to help Kameleoon succeed.
