Experimentation
AB Test
A/B testing is a simple way to compare two or more versions of a page or feature to see which one works better. Visitors are randomly shown one version, and each person stays with that version on later visits. You pick a clear outcome to track, such as signups or purchases, and you compare the results for each version. Random assignment keeps the comparison fair. Example: show half of shoppers a shorter checkout form and half the current form, then keep the form that leads to more completed orders.
