Hypothesis

A hypothesis is a clear guess that you plan to test. It states what you will change and what you expect to happen. Writing it down keeps everyone focused on the same goal and metric. Good hypotheses are specific and measurable. Example: "Reducing the signup form from six fields to three will increase completed signups by at least three percent."
