André founded the experimentation agency KonversionsKRAFT in 1996 and one of Germany’s first usability labs in 1999. He is the creator of a conversion framework, which was originally published in his book "Conversion Optimierung" (German). André and his team also run one of Europe's largest conferences, the Growth Marketing Summit, which rebranded to “Growth Minded Superheros.”
