About me

Joey has spent the past decade working in conversion rate optimization and usability at AGConsult. He has spoken at the CRO Belgium meetup and Test & Learn Community with a talk titled “Hidden Hazards: when client-side experimentation issues go unnoticed.” Joey also built Simplewordcloud.com as a tool for analyzing voice of customer data, customer feedback, and survey results using word clouds.
