What’s one thing your team has changed about how it runs experiments in the past 6 months, and why?

“I spent the first 6 months or so setting the foundation for our testing and research program. Now that it's beyond functional, and we've gotten some really cool test wins, I've shifted more towards marketing "CRO" and "Research" internally to get more buy-in and get people excited for testing and our CRO initiatives. It's helped me on the politics side quite a bit. There's no need to 'politick' when they agree with you and are excited to do more of what you do.”
