Hypothesis: Making the chosen size visible at the moment of clicking will increase confidence, reduce misclicks or wrong-size additions, and therefore raise add‑to‑cart and purchase rate. By reducing uncertainty (“Did I pick the right size?”), the experience should feel more guided and trustworthy.

Nike Customizations Pop Up

Nike is allowing user to design shoes on their own. When I landed on the PDP, I saw an option to design. But as a user, I had no idea what I was supposed to do next. Using PBX, I added a popup to show the steps on how it works. I also added a "how it works" link so users can click to know the step by step process on customization. I believe this will be a selling point for the custom design feature.

Reducing Bounce from Google Shopping Traffic on Maison Margiela

I was inspired by the need to capture and retain high-intent traffic from Google Shopping and paid ads, where users are typically in a fast-paced comparison phase and highly likely to bounce back to search results. Knowing that every bounce represents both a lost opportunity and wasted ad spend, I designed a compact, horizontal recommendation bar to act as a strategic safety net.

Home Title Lock Optimizations

Working on optimizing this page for a client and wanted to see what PBX would come up with. Not bad! I like that it brought up micro-copy under the CTAs and emphasized the sale price/discount available.

Vinted Filters

While searching for a black sweater on Vinted, I repeatedly got frustrated by the filtering experience. Each time I wanted to apply or adjust filters, I had to scroll all the way back up to find the filter button again. This was especially painful on mobile, where the results page is long and the filter action quickly disappears from view.
