Spotlight: Jenn Tse, Product Marketing Coordinator at Kameleoon

Kameleoon is built, supported, and maintained by a diverse and passionate team who work hard to deliver the best possible experiences for our customers.
Jenn Tse is a product marketing coordinator at Kameleoon; her job is to communicate the value of the Kameleoon platform and its features to our customers. She equips our customer success and sales teams with the content they need to talk about Kameleoon effectively to our customers and prospects.
From account management to product
Jenn’s background surprisingly doesn’t start in product marketing at all. Though she’d done some internships in Product while studying, much of her professional background focused on account management. She joined a software consultancy and supported clients across North America building a huge variety of software products.
After some years in that world; however, she decided she wanted to move her career closer to the product, now empowered by a greater understanding of software product development, and, more importantly, user empathy.

A day in the product marketer’s life
Most of Jenn’s day consists of creating, updating, and sharing a wide variety of product communications: messaging for feature announcements, collaborating with the marketing team, producing videos for the Kameleoon Academy, or delivering product updates to customer support managers.
This means that Jenn gets to work very closely with the Kameleoon platform itself and loves getting to see positive results in customers’ experimentation programs and hear their feedback directly. Her passion for understanding user behavior shines through here, allowing her to communicate the value of the Kameleoon platform to the people who use it best.

After a day spent making experimentation more accessible for all, Jenn can often be found hiking with her dog, running, or planning to attend another concert—sometimes even in another country!
A look ahead for Jenn & Kameleoon
As Jenn enjoys leading and executing product launches, it’s probably no surprise that that’s what she’s looking forward to the most at Kameleoon. As Kameleoon continues to make it easier and faster for everyone to build and launch experiments, Jenn’s opportunity is to help shape the narrative of how we communicate that value to our customers (present and future!).
