Contextual Bandits

Contextual bandits are a machine learning approach used to choose the best option for each visitor using what you know about them in the moment. The system looks at context such as device, location, and behavior, shows the user a version, and learns from the result. Over time, it shows each person the option that seems most likely to work for someone like them. This balances trying new ideas with using what already looks good.

Example: Show shorter forms to mobile visitors and longer forms to desktop visitors when the data suggests that choice converts better for each group.
