Rommil founded the online community Experiment Nation, which produces an annual salary report, industry accreditation, conferences, and a podcast, with over 10K followers. In 2021, Rommil was named winner of the Experimentation Culture Awards for building Experiment Nation. He shares his 15 years of experience building experimentation programs in his latest book: Prove it or Lose it: The (Mostly) No-Nonsense Guide to Surviving Experimentation Program Drama. Rommil is currently the Senior Director, Product Experimentation at email marketing platform, Constant Contact.
