The world’s first Promptathon is live!

Starting today, and until January 15, you can jump into our vibe experimentation hackathon and combine your creative impulses with Prompt-Based Experimentation (PBX). 

Redesign your favorite websites using no-code prompts for a chance to claim your part of the prize pool.

As more people join the Promptathon, that prize pool increases, up to a maximum of $100,000.

It’s free and anyone can join.

How it works

1. Create your Promptathon account for free

PBX is free over the duration of the Promptathon. Activate your account here and you’ll have unlimited credits to design and submit optimizations during the event.

2. Start optimizing

Pick any website, open the AI editor, and prompt a better experience. Ideate, preview, and refine by chatting with the AI until it matches your vision. Your changes will not appear on the live site, so you can go crazy!

3. Submit your ideas to the Promptathon

Publish your optimization and submit it to the competition. You can submit as many unique ideas as you’d like before the January 15 deadline.

What you can build for the Promptathon

You can build anything you’d like! If you can describe it, you can create it. 

You can:

  • Reimagine hero sections, headlines, and layouts so they truly pop
  • Build alternative navigation flows that take visitors on a genuine journey
  • Launch seasonal makeovers that transform experiences
  • Design, draw, and animate popups, from a quick sketch to a fully interactive experience
  • Add a product selector, embed a video, trigger a confetti burst—build anything you can dream up!

Which websites will you optimize?

The Promptathon runs from November 17, 2025 to January 15, 2026. Anyone can participate, free of charge, and there is no limit to the number of submissions you can make.

Great ideas shouldn’t stall on workflows or code. PBX empowers everyone to explore creative ideas and bring their designs to life.
