1 What is Salesforce Audience Studio?

Formerly called Salesforce DMP/Krux, Salesforce Audience Studio enables brands to capture, unify, and activate their data to strengthen consumer relationships across every touchpoint with a powerful data management platform. 2 Integrating Salesforce Audience Studio and Kameleoon - the benefits

Through our data bridge, Salesforce Audience Studio makes data available to Kameleoon directly from the browser to allow real time segmentation and triggering of personalizations. All Audience Studio segments can then be used within Kameleoon’s segment builder to power deeper, more informed targeting of visitors through access to all of the data within the Audience Studio DMP.

Combining Audience Studio third-party data with behavioral and contextual data from Kameleoon

By combining third-party web data, such as from other sites, through Audience Studio, Kameleoon clients are able to create advanced audiences of visitors to better personalize the experience for visitors, for example by showing them a targeted advertising message based on their behavior on another website. By using this custom data visitors can be more effectively segmented in order to receive compelling content or promotional offers to better meet their needs and aid conversion.

Combining with offline and other customer data

Audience Studio allows organizations to integrate data from their user registration and subscription databases into the platform and join that data with web behavior and third party data. Kameleoon can therefore use this information for building segments, based on previous customer history, enabling brands to take a multi-channel approach, delivering personalized experiences at key points in the customer journey.

Personalizing the experience for first time unknown visitors

By using Audience Studio segmentation data, Kameleoon clients can gain access to rich third-party data sets and personalize the web experience - even for unknown visitors who are browsing the website for the first time.
