Last year, Kameleoon introduced Prompt-based Experimentation (PBX) as the first new generation of prompt-based AI-powered experimentation solutions with a clear vision: reducing dependency on developers to increase the efficacy of A/B testing.

Only three months after launching, PBX had created more than 40% of experiments built by early adopters. According to a third-party survey, PBX can save up to 89% on developer bandwidth. 

Today, Kameleoon is taking PBX further by expanding it with PBX Ideate, making it an indispensable part of building, launching, and now ideating experiments with impact.

Why careful ideation is crucial

Fewer than 20% of experiments launched by customers deliver positive outcomes. That learning process is a part of all CRO, but too many teams burn time and traffic on low-impact ideas, vague intuitions, or loosely-formed hypotheses. 

Even when a strong hypothesis exists, teams using PBX can stumble at the next critical step: translating it into a precise prompt that PBX can execute reliably. The output is only as good as the prompt that creates it.

How PBX Ideate works

With PBX Ideate, PBX gains the ability to scan a webpage, surface the most promising test ideas, prioritize them based on insights from more than 20,000 historical experiments, and convert them into precise prompts, enabling teams to launch the highest-impact tests directly through PBX in just a few clicks.

We designed PBX Ideate in collaboration with Conversion by Gain, a leading experimentation and optimization consultancy that has run thousands of experiments for some of the world’s largest digital teams, including Microsoft, Nike, and Universal.

PBX Ideate is built on decades of empirical data that confirms which cognitive mechanisms respond to specific users’ behaviors across multiple industries.

This allows it to achieve 63% accuracy on high-confidence predictions, 3x higher than the industry average of about 20%, helping teams execute the ideas most likely to deliver impact..

The promise is simple: teams can go from idea to production-ready experiment in just three clicks:

General Availability

PBX Ideate is now available to customers with a PBX Plan. Customers can conduct 12 free analyses per year (around 100 prioritized experiment ideas per year) with any PBX plan. They can also upgrade to PBX Ideate Premium to get unlimited analyses per year.
