Contentsquare and Kameleoon build the first analytics x experimentation agentic AI workflow

Contentsquare and Kameleoon build the first analytics x experimentation agentic AI workflow

Digital teams have long wanted a single flow where you spot a problem, describe the change, and ship an A/B test without leaving analysis. Now you can.

Kameleoon and Contentsquare have connected Sense Analyst directly to Kameleoon PBX. Insights found in Sense move straight into PBX, which turns a plain-language hypothesis into a ready-to-launch test with fewer manual steps.

What it looks like in practice

A retailer using Contentsquare and Kameleoon saw shoppers hesitate around the size selector on mobile PDPs in Sense.

From that view, they opened ‘Design A/B Test’ and told PBX in simple words to place the size guide beside the selector, add a soft highlight, and include a short reassurance line.

PBX built the variant in minutes.

The team launched a 50/50 test, saw a clear lift in “add to carts” and orders, then rolled the change out.

‍

Sense Analyst x PBX: Why this integration is a breakthrough

1. Deeper analysis that strengthens your test prompt

Sense Analyst detects behavioral patterns, friction signals, and optimization opportunities. It gives you the evidence to build a solid testing hypothesis and create a more relevant experience variation for your visitors in PBX.

‍

2. From insight to variation, without the usual handoffs

Instead of moving from an insight in Sense Analyst to a design mockup, then dev ticket, then implementation in your A/B testing tool, teams can describe the change in plain language directly in Sense Analyst, and ask the tool to challenge and improve the prompt. The prompt is then sent to PBX, which automatically generates the variation. The time savings from brief to a launch-ready test are significant.

‍

3. A new way of working across teams

This workflow reduces back-and-forth between analytics, UX, product, and marketing. Teams align faster on what to test, share a clearer brief, and move to execution with fewer dependencies. The result is higher efficiency and experimentation that is easier to scale.

‍

4. More experiments, with better consistency

With Sense Analyst strengthening prioritization and PBX accelerating execution, teams can increase testing volume while maintaining a consistent level of quality across hypotheses and variations.

‍

From insight to experiments in hours, not weeks

Together, Sense Analyst and PBX compress both sides of the experimentation workflow, from insight generation to a launch-ready test, while still benefiting from human review on more complex changes.

  • Sense Analyst reduces the time spent on analysis up to 70% on average, helping teams move faster from questions to actionable insights.
  • PBX then accelerates execution. In the independent Henkan & Partners study, teams saw major efficiency gains, including up to 89% faster test creation, a 94% success rate on simple, static tests, and meaningful reductions in development effort and cost per test.

How it works

The workflow is intentionally simple.

  1. Open a Zoning Analysis in Contentsquare

  1. Identify an opportunity with Sense Analyst or interaction patterns

  2. Select Design A/B Test
  1. Describe your hypothesis and expected visual changes
  1. PBX generates your variation through Agentic AI
  1. Review, configure, and launch the test in Kameleoon

  2. Analyse results back in Contentsquare with Zoning, dashboards, and Session Replays

The intelligence moves with you from one environment to the other.

Why PBX × Sense Analyst shows how AI agents can help teams make experimentation easier

This integration introduces a new generation of experimentation workflow, one where AI does not simply analyse or assist, but collaborates.

Sense Analyst detects. PBX interprets. You decide.

This is the future of digital optimization: agentic AI systems working together to help teams learn faster, act faster and grow faster. If you want to see PBX × Sense in action, our teams would be happy to walk you through the experience.
